This session is designed for anyone beginning peptide therapy who wants clear, step-by-step guidance on how to prepare and administer their medication safely and confidently. Whether you prefer to meet in person or through telehealth, the goal is always the same: to support you, teach you, and make the entire process feel simple and stress-free. Many clients feel unsure when they first start giving themselves their weekly dose. That is completely normal. During this visit, we walk through everything together at a steady, comfortable pace. You learn how to prepare your vial, draw up the correct amount of medication, measure your dose accurately, and handle all of your supplies in a clean, organized way. We cover proper site selection, how to set yourself up so the process is smooth and predictable, and how to avoid the most common early mistakes that tend to make people nervous. We also review what to expect afterward how to store your medication, how to dispose of used supplies, and what sensations or changes are completely normal in the next twenty-four hours. This is always a judgment-free space. You can ask anything without feeling embarrassed or inexperienced. You will never be spoken to like someone who “should already know this.” That’s not how my practice operates. You deserve clear information, patience, and reassurance. You deserve someone who will slow down with you and make sure you feel capable and confident giving your own medication at home. By the end of this session, you will understand your exact dose, how to prepare it properly, how to stay comfortable during administration, and how to keep everything clean, safe, and simple. It’s ideal for beginners, but even experienced clients often appreciate a refresher especially when starting a new medication or adjusting their dose.
