Service Description
Lip Enhancement (Dermal Filler) Non-surgical lip enhancement using dermal fillers to improve volume, shape, symmetry, and definition while maintaining natural-looking results. Treatments are fully customized based on individual anatomy and aesthetic goals using different filler types, amounts of product, and advanced techniques to achieve balanced, beautiful outcomes. Pricing Notice: The price shown reflects a starting rate for lip enhancement and may be more or less depending on individual clinical assessment, filler selected, amount of product required, and techniques used. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A $25 deposit is required to reserve appointment time and will be applied toward your treatment total. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which will be applied toward the $50 late cancellation/no-show fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
At Logica Aesthetics, your time and experience are important to us. To accommodate all of our clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may incur a $50 cancellation fee. • Patients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment canceled and treated as a late cancellation, subject to the cancellation fee. • A $25 deposit is required at booking for all paid treatment appointments and will be applied toward the total service cost. Complimentary consultations and touch-up appointments do not require a deposit. • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit, which will be applied toward the $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance may be charged accordingly. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted or suspended booking privileges. • If a patient is placed on the no-booking list after completing the required Good Faith Exam (GFE) but prior to receiving treatment, the $25 GFE fee that Logica Aesthetics typically absorbs as a courtesy will become the patient’s responsibility and may be charged accordingly. • If a patient completes the required Good Faith Exam (GFE) but is later found to be medically ineligible for treatment, the $25 deposit will be fully refunded. • Refunds are not issued once treatment has been provided. If corrective care is clinically appropriate, Logica Aesthetics will make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost to the patient rather than issuing a refund. • Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. • Logica Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if a service is deemed not medically appropriate or in the patient’s best interest.
