Service Description

This visit gives us time to look at your month as a whole and understand how your body is responding to treatment in a steady, meaningful way. We review appetite patterns, energy, digestion, hydration, sleep, and any physical or emotional changes you’ve noticed. This helps ensure your plan stays aligned with your goals and continues to feel manageable. If you prefer, we can take progress photos under consistent lighting. Many patients appreciate having these as a visual record because gradual changes in inflammation, facial contour, and body composition can be easy to overlook in day-to-day life. This appointment is in-office only so I can fully evaluate your progress, assess any concerns, discuss your dose, and ensure everything remains appropriate and safe before continuing or adjusting treatment. You will always have time to ask questions or talk through anything you’ve noticed throughout the month. The goal is long-term success with a plan that grows with you, supported by clear guidance and consistent in-person care.
