Service Description
This consultation is the starting point for a safe, informed, and completely personalized peptide experience. During this visit we take our time to understand your unique needs, the changes you want to see, and the concerns you may have about your health or wellness. You are never rushed here and you are never treated like a number. My approach is rooted in clarity, education, and building a plan that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. We begin by reviewing your health patterns, lifestyle elements, sleep quality, energy levels, inflammation, metabolic symptoms, hormonal shifts, recovery capacity, and anything else that may be influencing how you feel on a daily basis. Every person walks into this conversation with different goals. Some want fat loss support. Some want better recovery and less inflammation. Others want help with energy, sleep, cognition, or long term aging patterns. Whatever you bring into this appointment is welcomed, respected, and explored carefully. I will walk you through what peptides are and how they work inside the body. You will learn which ones support metabolism, which ones enhance cellular repair, which ones calm inflammation, and which ones can affect mood, sleep, or cognitive clarity. You will also learn the differences between single peptides and blends, how dosing cycles work, what realistic timelines look like, and what to expect as your body adjusts. By the end of this consultation you will understand exactly which peptides are appropriate for your goals and which ones are not. You will receive a simple and honest explanation about why certain options fit your situation better than others. If a prescription is appropriate, I will coordinate it for you, assist with pharmacy selection, explain shipping timeframes, and make sure that you always know what the next step looks like. This visit is designed to empower you. The goal is to leave you feeling informed, supported, and confident rather than confused or pressured. My responsibility is not to “sell” you anything. It is to help you understand your options clearly so that whatever you choose feels aligned with your health and your comfort level.
Cancellation Policy
At Logica Aesthetics, your time and experience are important to us. To accommodate all of our clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may incur a $50 cancellation fee. • Patients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment canceled and treated as a late cancellation, subject to the cancellation fee. • A $25 deposit is required at booking for all paid treatment appointments and will be applied toward the total service cost. Complimentary consultations and touch-up appointments do not require a deposit. • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit, which will be applied toward the $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance may be charged accordingly. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted or suspended booking privileges. • If a patient is placed on the no-booking list after completing the required Good Faith Exam (GFE) but prior to receiving treatment, the $25 GFE fee that Logica Aesthetics typically absorbs as a courtesy will become the patient’s responsibility and may be charged accordingly. • If a patient completes the required Good Faith Exam (GFE) but is later found to be medically ineligible for treatment, the $25 deposit will be fully refunded. • Refunds are not issued once treatment has been provided. If corrective care is clinically appropriate, Logica Aesthetics will make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost to the patient rather than issuing a refund. • Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. • Logica Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if a service is deemed not medically appropriate or in the patient’s best interest.
