✨ This treatment is designed to soften the appearance of under-eye hollowing, shadowing, and volume loss using hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Each treatment is thoughtfully customized based on your unique anatomy, skin quality, and degree of volume depletion to achieve natural, balanced results. Not all patients are candidates for under-eye filler. Suitability is determined through a clinical assessment at the time of service to ensure both safety and optimal outcomes. In some cases, alternative treatments may be recommended to better support your goals. All treatment decisions are made at the provider’s clinical discretion. If you are unsure whether this treatment is right for you, a consultation can be scheduled prior to booking. This is a brief telehealth visit with a licensed medical provider who will review your medical history and formally clear you for aesthetic services. Once completed, your clearance is valid for one full year. You will receive a link to complete this after booking. The visit takes less than five minutes and can be done from your phone or computer. Treatment is not guaranteed and is contingent upon medical clearance and clinical suitability at the time of appointment. Cancellation Policy
At Logica Aesthetics, your time and experience are important to us. To accommodate all of our clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may incur a $50 cancellation fee. • Patients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment canceled and treated as a late cancellation, subject to the cancellation fee. • A $25 deposit is required at booking for all paid treatment appointments and will be applied toward the total service cost. Complimentary consultations and touch-up appointments do not require a deposit. • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit, which will be applied toward the $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance may be charged accordingly. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted or suspended booking privileges. • If a patient is placed on the no-booking list after completing the required Good Faith Exam (GFE) but prior to receiving treatment, the $25 GFE fee that Logica Aesthetics typically absorbs as a courtesy will become the patient’s responsibility and may be charged accordingly. • If a patient completes the required Good Faith Exam (GFE) but is later found to be medically ineligible for treatment, the $25 deposit will be fully refunded. • Refunds are not issued once treatment has been provided. If corrective care is clinically appropriate, Logica Aesthetics will make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost to the patient rather than issuing a refund. • Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. • Logica Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if a service is deemed not medically appropriate or in the patient’s best interest.
