Every treatment at Logica Aesthetics is customized to your unique facial anatomy and aesthetic goals for refined, natural looking results. ✨ 20 Units Botox® Cosmetic Minimum – $180 ✨ 40+ Units Botox® Cosmetic – $360 Includes a complimentary TOX lip flip ✨ 60+ Units Botox® Cosmetic – $540 Includes a complimentary TOX lip flip plus a $25 credit toward a future service The 20+, 40+ and 60+ unit options serve as starting packages based on common treatment needs. Final unit totals are determined during your in person clinical assessment, and any additional units beyond the selected package will be charged at the event rate per unit. Allē Rewards members may redeem available points at the time of treatment, and qualifying treatments may participate in the Allē Flash program when available. ✨ Allē Double Points Bonus From February 4 through April 2, 2026, Allē members treated with both Botox® Cosmetic and JUVÉDERM® at the same appointment earn double Allē Loyalty points as part of the national Allergan promotion. Double points apply to JUVÉDERM® treatments only and must be completed by April 2, 2026. Valentine’s Glow Event pricing is available for purchase through February 28, 2026. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no shows are subject to a $50 fee, and the $25 deposit will be applied toward this fee. Repeated late cancellations or no shows may result in removal from future booking privileges. Patients who complete a Good Faith Exam but do not receive treatment may be charged the $25 GFE fee. All treatments require medical clearance and completion of a Good Faith Exam prior to service. Cancellation Policy
At Logica Aesthetics, your time and experience are important to us. To accommodate all of our clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may incur a $50 cancellation fee. • Patients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment canceled and treated as a late cancellation, subject to the cancellation fee. • A $25 deposit is required at booking for all paid treatment appointments and will be applied toward the total service cost. Complimentary consultations and touch-up appointments do not require a deposit. • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit, which will be applied toward the $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance may be charged accordingly. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted or suspended booking privileges. • If a patient is placed on the no-booking list after completing the required Good Faith Exam (GFE) but prior to receiving treatment, the $25 GFE fee that Logica Aesthetics typically absorbs as a courtesy will become the patient’s responsibility and may be charged accordingly. • If a patient completes the required Good Faith Exam (GFE) but is later found to be medically ineligible for treatment, the $25 deposit will be fully refunded. • Refunds are not issued once treatment has been provided. If corrective care is clinically appropriate, Logica Aesthetics will make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost to the patient rather than issuing a refund. • Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. • Logica Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if a service is deemed not medically appropriate or in the patient’s best interest.
