Service Description

This short visit is designed to keep you supported each week while you’re adjusting to treatment. Your body changes from week to week, and this check-in allows me to make sure your dose is appropriate, your side effects are monitored, and you feel confident about continuing safely. During this visit, we’ll talk about how your week went, your appetite, energy levels, sleep, mood, hydration, and any challenges that came up. If you’re experiencing nausea, fatigue, or sensitivities, we’ll go over simple adjustments to help you feel better. We’ll also review your dose and determine whether it needs to stay the same or be increased. You’ll never be pushed into higher doses; instead, we increase only when your body is truly ready. Safety and comfort come first. These appointments create the structure and accountability that help patients succeed long-term. You’ll always have someone paying attention to your progress, reminding you of what’s normal, and guiding you through anything that feels confusing or unexpected. All weekly check-ins are warm, supportive, and judgement-free. You’re not doing this alone.
